About Me

I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families. My passion for empowering others began with a 20-year career as a photo and film producer and casting director, where I led efforts to elevate subcultures, youth culture, and underrepresented voices in fashion and art.

After earning my master’s in social work from Fordham University, I transitioned into therapy, where I focus on working with youth, families, and creatives. My practice now centers on helping individuals clarify their vision, build resilience, and navigate life’s challenges with a balance of emotional and creative growth.

In addition to therapy, I offer coaching, group retreats, and community building consulting, all rooted in my experience as a creative producer and commitment to social justice. I’m particularly passionate about working with artists and creatives, helping them integrate purpose and meaning into their work and lives.

My mission is to foster healing, connection, and balance, particularly for those in creative fields seeking alignment between their artistic and emotional lives.
